A Different Space for a Different Kind of Care
Luminara Eternal Light Wellness is a separate, non-medical wellness practice devoted to nervous system regulation, energy, frequency, restoration, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Ascension Intuitive Medical is my medical practice. Luminara Eternal Light Wellness is my non-medical wellness practice. They are separate businesses offering distinctly different types of care, and each can be experienced entirely on its own.
For those who feel drawn to both, the two may also complement one another, allowing space for both medical care and deeper restorative, nervous system, and energetic work while maintaining a clear distinction between the two practices.
The Luminara Experience
Luminara is a space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create the conditions for your nervous system to move out of constant doing and into a state of greater regulation and restoration.
Each session is intentionally individualized, drawing from a collection of energetic, intuitive, and frequency-based modalities to meet you where you are that day.
Regulate
Create space for stillness, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
Restore
Support deep relaxation and restoration through PEMF, light, frequency, and other restorative modalities.
Reconnect
Through Reiki, intuitive energy work, and prayer, we work with the energetic system to clear what is ready to be released, transmute what is ready to change, and realign what has moved out of balance. From there, the work moves into integration, inviting healing to take hold within the energetic system and physical body.
This work may include connection with your energetic team, including angels, guides, God, the Universe, or whatever expression of the Divine resonates with you, allowing spiritual medicine to become an active part of the healing experience.
